Title: Teammates
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don, Aiden, Danny
Prompt: 026. Teammates
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: Spoilers for Grand Murder at Central Station
“Is there anything we can do?” Don asked. He felt so pathetically helpless, and he hated that. He knew he couldn’t do anything, so he simply took another sip of his drink.
“No, nothing,” Aiden shook her head. “Seriously, guys, I’m glad Mac fired me.”
“What? Why?” Danny asked in semi-drunken confusion. Don knew he was more than half-drunk himself, and he swallowed against the anger that threatened to overwhelm him.
Aiden shrugged. “It was…too much,” she explained.
“We’re not teammates anymore,” Danny said sadly.
“No.” Don lifted his glass. “But friends.”
Aiden nodded and smiled softly. “ To friends.”

Title: Parents
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don
Prompt: 27. Parents
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRC
Author's Notes: *grins* Mom's is mine...
It was always the same, Don thought and scribbled furiously on the file before him. Laughter interrupted his concentration, and he frowned and looked up at his co-workers. They were grouped around Mrs. Flack, wife of the NYPD legend, who was visiting the precinct, bearing gifts.
It was not a surprise, he thought. Everybody loved her cookies. He should probably go over there and secure some for the CSIs.
“Donnie,” his mother came over and affectionately ruffled his hair, while he did his best to ignore his co-workers’ faces.
He loved his parents. But sometimes, he hated being their son.

Title: Children
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Stella, Lindsay, Don
Prompt: 28. Children
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: Warnings for slightly disturbing concepts in this one...
“I don’t get it.” Stella paced the length of the lab, again and again.
“Stella. It’s not your fault,” Lindsay finally said. It was the first time she opened her mouth since they came back from the crime scene – two kids, ten and eight years old, killed their parents. With a kitchen knife. Just for fun, apparently.
Stella sighed. “I know,” she answered, “but…” she didn’t end the sentence.
Don nodded. “They were only children,” he said. They had been only two bored kids, but now, they were branded for life – just for one single act of stupidity.
For Murder.

Title: Birth
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don, Danny, Lindsay
Prompt: 29. Birth
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRC
Author's Notes: *snickers*
As soon as he saw Danny, he wanted to turn around and leave. And Danny wasn’t alone – Lindsay was with him. Both grinned like idiots.
It was too late to run, besides, they had a case to solve, and he needed their help.
“How does it feel?” Danny asked as soon as he was close enough, “Helping our suspect to deliver her baby?”
How did he feel? Don shrugged. He only did what had to be done. It had been their suspect who had given birth to little Donna, not him.
He had only helped, as much as he could.

Title: Death
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Danny, Don
Prompt: 30. Drunk
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: Again the disturbing images. And drunk!Danny and Don...
“Here’s another question for you,” Danny suddenly said, “Who should perform your autopsy, if you’d die now?”
Don blinked. They were having a few beers after shift, and he hadn’t expected this.
He’d never thought about it this way – never wanted to visualize himself in the morgue, being dead...
“Hammerback? Or Hawkes? Seeing the insides of your body? Every little detail? Every little sin? Your heart? Lungs? Everything?” Danny continued, a thoughtful expression on his face.
Don shook his head. He didn’t want to think about his own death. Not now, not ever, so he only said:
“Messer, you’re drunk.”

Title: Sunrise
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don, Mac, Danny
Prompt: 31. Sunrise
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: Warnings. Threesome, Slash, Mac/Don/Danny
“Have you ever seen something as beautiful as this?” Don asked and leaned back against Mac’s chest. The sunrise over New York really was impressive this morning, red, and orange, and yellow against a blue-and gray sky, promising a warm and happy new day. Danny had come up with the idea to watch it from the roof, and both Mac and Don had to agree that it had been a good idea.
Danny now leaned over and kissed Don. He tasted of cigarettes and his tongue tangled hungrily with Don’s.
Mac chuckled and answered Don’s question with a breathless: “Yes.”

Title: Sunset
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don
Prompt: 32. Sunset
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: Very tiny spoilers for Hush.
Usually, when the day ended and the stars came out, it was time for Don to go home. Usually the night was the time when he didn’t work, which was funny, he thought while looking up into the night sky, his coat wrapped around himself, waiting for Mac and Stella to show up to deal with the body. Most crimes happened in the darkness, and yet he went home at sunset.
He shivered slightly and glanced at his watch. Even if he had gone home at sunset, now it was dawn, and he was working again.
Catching the bad guy.

Title: Too Much
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don, Sheldon Hawkes
Prompt: 33. Too Much
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT13-FRM
Author's Notes: Warnings: Slash, Sheldon/Don
Arousal spread through his body, like fire, and he moaned helplessly. Rough yet gentle and skilled fingertips slipped under his tie and removed it before attacking the buttons on his shirt and the zipper of his pants. The same fingertips traced softly over his now bare skin, keeping him immobile and helpless with the gentlest touch.
It was too much. Too much feelings, too much sensations, too much everything.
He came, held up by Sheldon’s strong body, panting in Sheldon’s blue shirt. It was too much.
The tender touches and kisses almost hurt him.
He couldn’t do this any longer.

Title: Not Enough
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don, Sheldon
Prompt: 34. Not Enough
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: Companion piece to 33. Too Much, Therefore the same warnings apply: slash, Sheldon/Don
Don trembled under his hands, and Sheldon murmured soft words of comfort into the ear closest to his mouth while running his hands in a soothing caress over Don’s body. He couldn’t help himself – no matter how abrasive, annoying and arrogant the young detective seemed when confronted with criminals, as soon as they entered his home, he turned into someone else.
Someone who was careful and almost shy. Only one thing stayed: the mistrust. Sheldon had sometimes, late at night, seen glimpses of the person under Don’s everyday mask, but it wasn’t enough, not now, not ever.
He wanted more.

Title: Sixth Sense
Fandom: CSI:NY
Characters: Don
Prompt: 35. Sixth Sense
Word Count: 100
Rating: FRT-13
Author's Notes: This drabble was lovingly nicknamed SpiderDon...
Don’s eyes narrowed, and he leaned forwards. Every muscle in his body was suddenly tense, and his thoughts raced until they came to a certain point, circled, and stopped, like a hunting predator.
It was always like that. He was aware of every movement of the other one, every drop of sweat that rolled off his face, every time he swallowed or clenched his fingers reflexively.
It was his sixth sense. His cop sense. His spiderman ability. It was a wonderful thing to have in a situation like this, in an interrogation.
He knew exactly when a suspect way lying.
